Take Action

In less than a month a very close election will be decided. We cannot waste this opportunity and hand the presidency to the Republicans. This election is ours to win and we cannot afford not to win, every vote in every state will count. Your enthusiasm, skills and dedication will get these votes for our candidates. There are so many ways you can contribute. Whether you can make phone calls from home or phone banks, canvas in swing states, carry signs, support the office, or volunteer at events, your skills and support will be needed and so appreciated.

To get involved simply select an activity, provide the requested information and click on RSVP. You will then become a member of that volunteer team and will be contacted directly by the team leader.

The activities on this page will be continually updated and you will, as well, receive e-mail alerts about more ways to get involved. We look forward to working together.

If Al Gore had won New Hamsphire we would never of had George W Bush as President. Our work in New Hampshire is critical.

Canvass New Hampshire

Door-to door visits, phone banks and voter registration in NH to get a democrat in the White House who can work with a Democratic majority in Congress. Carpooling is available, initial efforts are focused on Keene. We are planning several differnt dates and locations.

Phone Bank

Initially we are focusing on calls to known supporters to recruit the many volunteers we will need in NH and MA throughout the summer and into the fall. Lists and scripts will be provided. You can call from home. Closer to the election we will make get out the vote calls.

Postcard/Letterwriting campaign

Can’t travel – hate phoning than- WRITE a postcard to voter in Ohio or PA and help win these important electoral votes. The instructions are easy and make direct contact with someone who needs the extra reason for why they should vote for Obama/Biden.

Stand out on Election Day

Stand outs provide broad visibility to remind people passing by to vote and reinforce the candidates names. Big groups send a message that lots of people are supporting the democratic candidates. No previous experience is required. Just hold a sign, smile and wave!!!

We will have stand out at central locations in North, South and Central Berkshire on Nov.3 and than a various voting polls.
