1 About this guide (and a small disclaimer)

We at aPebble.com have seen firsthand what people of all ages and all backgrounds, organizations of all sizes and types, have been able to do using aPebble.

We know a lot of you might be new, not only to aPebble, but organizing in general, and that's ok. We wrote this guide to help you through the basics.

We also know that many of you might know how to do some of what aPebble does (build a website, for example) but not other things aPebble does (run an Action center, for example). That's ok too. aPebble is completely modular. Use the tools you want and not the rest. That means, for example, you can build just a website and not use our Action center, or use our Action center and integrate that into your existing website.

This guide is written as sequentially as possible–that is step by step. However, we know that not everyone will work that way. We also know that not everyone will use every tool or trick aPebble.com has to offer. That's ok too. You should feel free to skip around as needed and explore both this guide and the tools. In fact, one way to help you learn the system is to create a practice Pebble and just play around.

Disclaimer

Now for that little disclaimer: While this document suggests one way to organize a campaign or cause, and while we feel it will make your cause or campaign stronger, we cannot guarantee any outcomes if you use it.
