7.6 Give 'em work, Get some work
If you run a List-Based Action (particularly a Phone Bank), your users will have access to the “Get Some Work” button from their “My Action” page. This button allows them to pull ten names on the list and work through them.
Once they have completed the ten names, a Pebbling can save her work and repopulate the list with another ten. When a Pebbling has “checked out” ten names, no other Pebbling performing that particular Action will have access to those names until they are checked back in.
Additionally, if a Pebbling edits either the Goal Field or the Auxiliary Field chosen in the creation of the Action, the person whose information they just edited will be removed from the “Get Some Work” list–meaning the contact was made and the work on that person complete. This will greatly reduce duplicate calls.
